The argument that "I pay school taxes" so I should be able to play sports in a local school district while being home schooled is ridiculous. Senior Citizens pay taxes too . Home schooled kids should attend their local school to be eligible to play on their High School team. It's not fair to the kids who attend school to be bumped off a team by a kid who doesn't even attend there. When you choose to home school, you choose not to play organized High School sports. Can't have it both ways!
