Anyone who has an outage with Comcast is due a credit on their bills. We have had numerous outages and had to call every time to receive this credit. When the promotion was over my bill got raised $20. I called and on a $227 monthly bill they would only change it to $217. Comcast is getting very expensive and not willing to budge on their over-inflated prices. Their are a lot of customers who love seeing FiOS being run down their streets, and we are too. They charge you for junk.
