After being uptight with weather reports indicating there would be lots of black ice Feb. 3, I was delighted it did not happen here, that is except for the whole right lane on Indian Trail Road where nothing was done to eliminate this traffic hazard, a real disgrace insofar as whose responsibility it was to address this problem.
