County Commissioners definitely don’t have the employees in mind when it comes to advancing in a department. How the commissioners allow the acting director to create job titles for retired cops? Yet, employees who have experience the director puts in a sentence so, employees are not qualified. So, a retired cops starts out at 52,000/56,000 and those employees who are the backbone of the department start at 39,000. Things will not change until voters ,vote them out. WAKE UP!!
