Councilman Edwardi before you start saying that you don’t ever hear any complaints against the bar on 63rd street maybe you should ask those that live on 63rd street we have complained to no avail. Falls on deaf ears because of who is the owner of the establishment. So now is the time to stop all of this loud music. How do they ticket people in homes making to much noise but not these bars? Time to be held accountable
