Completely agree with a local winery being able to sell their product at a local market, however being able to pop the cork and drink on site. What other alcohol licensing allows this in the State of New Jersey ? I know it’s not legal at a distillery, brewery or package goods store. Maybe we the city solicitor aught to brush up on the law, not his opinion, of an open container in a motor vehicle after he went on record stating otherwise.
