Cold Spring - Several months ago, a spout predicted the new pool for Lower Township and that it was a backdoor way for the school to get a pool. For years, the voters voted no to a pool but this time only five people needed to vote yes and now we pay. How is that one-party system working for you Lower taxpayers?
