Cold Spring - To the residents of Diamond Beach still complaining about services, I say as an old timer I remember DB being a swamp full of bugs. Lower Township took a million dollar gamble and put a sewer line in so your homes could be built. You get great police service, adequate fire service and as for EMS I hear things could be better from all over the Township. So, if you want to leave I say let's shut off your sewer. Good luck finding somewhere to put it.
