Cold Spring - This is a reply to the person complaining about the code enforcement officer in Lower Township seeking more code enforcement. Before there was a code enforcement officer, the police enforced everything. Most ordinances that I read say police or code enforcement shall enforce. If we want stricter enforcement, we should look to the police. Not now, of course, but when things get back to normal.
