In reference to the spout about the NJ motor vehicle inspection

Cold Spring - In reference to the spout about the NJ motor vehicle inspection stations. I would like to see them inspect for every thing they did 20 years ago. The state assumed the police would enforce equipment violations but they do not have time. I do not like out of focus headlights pointed at me from oncoming traffic. As far as not checking for insurance they might find a lot of vehicles that do not have it while the rest pay higher payments to cover them
