Cold Spring - The Ocean City Maryland Police issued 3,500 tickets and impounded 350 vehicles last year to the car rally. Way to go OCPD. No wonder the illegal car show did not go back there. Now there are dead people in Wildwood because of this rally. Whoever planned it should be held criminally responsible.
