Cold Spring - NJ. Dept. of Trasportation caused a real mess closing Rt. 47 for a little bridge repair. Six months to fix it is extreme. I would bet Navy CB'S or the Army Corp. of Engineers could fix it in a week. Come on freeholders, start making noise in Trenton, business is dying on that road.
