Cold Spring - Just read a piece in the Herald about how good it will be for a new police station in the Villas. There was no writer taking credit nor was there a tag as to who took the picture. Was it a paid advertisement or a public relations piece authorized by the majority of township council? Don't you think the public has a right to know the origin?
