Cold Spring - I read an article in the Herald where Lower Cape May Regional School District superintendent addressed the cut in school funding for Cape May County. I don't doubt things are as dire as he said, but if so, why is an expensive new canopy and pavers being installed at Richard M. Teitelman? Even if it's from a "grant" or some other source, how about using the money for air conditioning? Again, my kids will spend the fall and spring dripping sweat as they try to stay attentive.
