Cold Spring - I just got a notice in the mail from the USPS telling about delays due to covid. It is incompetency, inefficiency and lack of accountability of upper management. If trash can be picked up mail can be delivered on time. They are just trying to put the squeeze on the Federal Govt. for more money.
