Cold Spring - I hope this county takes a thoughtful approach in regards to local marijuana cultivation. There are serious quality of life issues concerning odors unless they are restricted to low odor variants. These facilities have odor problems to put it mildly. Would you like to live next door to a dead skunk disposal site? There are no sites in Cape May County suitable for marijuana cultivation. Import it. Let the people in California, Mexico and Honduras grow our marijuana. They do a fantastic job with my oranges, avocados and bananas.
