Cold Spring - Driving on North Wildwood Blvd., I saw a giant message board that read "Turtle Crossing, next 2 1/2 miles." The concrete center divider prevents turtles from getting to the other side, so even if they do safely get through two shoulders and two lanes, they have to turn around and run the gamut to get back to where they started.
