The design of Exit 0 is causing extreme traffic backups coming a

Cold Spring - The design of Exit 0 is causing extreme traffic backups coming and going down Route 109! I live in Tranquility and it isn't tranquil anymore! Drivers are cutting through our neighborhood to eliminate the entrance to Exit 0. Rt. 109 north or south is jammed up due to the lights! No left turn onto Tranquility Dr. is causing cars to back up to the Parkway. Cars traveling south are jammed up to the third light on 109! To get back to Tranquility from the bridge is a total mess and tempers are as hot as the temperatures!
