Cold Spring - Citizen taxpayers who on average pay $10,000 in taxes to live in the “quiet “ part of Cape Island regularly have their right to live in their homes in domestic tranquility stolen by those “gun club” shooters whose ignorance of the concept of sound travel is only surpassed by their disdain for the rights of hundreds of residents within at least a half mile radius. While we must live within the confines of logical noise ordinances, they’re somehow exempt,and while a conscious person must jump through hoops to dispose of lead paint chips,these guys spatter pounds of lead shot per hour. WHY?
