Cold Spring - The bright idea of eliminating smooth access to Jonathan Hoffman Rd from Seashore Rd is a bust. Vehicles now having to turn for that access, slow traffic on Seashore and still build up speed. Part of the curbing is new, why not replace the crumbling parts? Not an efficient undertaking.
