Cold Spring - With all of us struggling especially seniors on fixed incomes it is almost immoral to raise our electric bills that much. They should have a certain percentage per year. It’s just unfortunate our elected officials do nothing to help the constituents. No wonder why people are leaving in droves. Seems they actually have an agenda to destroy the middle class. I hope that will never happen.
