For six years I have been trying to get the walkway that is on the bridge from the end of the Parkway into Cape May repaved; the roadway has been patched several times but it just makes it worse. My chasing down the government official who could have the walkway repaved eludes me. I drive a handicap scooter over that bridge both ways and the pavement is too rough and unsafe for scooters and cyclists. Also, there is an anchor blocking the crosswalk. The bridge was dedicated to veterans; a veteran in a wheelchair could not use this bridge at all.
