Re the spouter commenting on Biden's Press Secretary constantly saying "clear." You nailed it! She is anything but clear. In fact she rarely answers any question, referring the matter to another department or that the president had already been "clear" on that topic. (Which is nonsense or the reporter wouldn't be asking HER). I couldn't stand the smarminess of Jen Psaki but at least she gave answers. This woman is totally hapless.
