Page 1, this weeks Herald, the County Detective who was punished for solving a hit/run vehicle crime: Am I the only one who believes this is a travesty of justice? New NJ Attorney General thinks low level crime is not important and therefor the lady who had her car hit wasn't important enough to investigate thoroughly. Of course, she was the one paying the entire bill to repair the car, if not for this detective who found the culprit and placed the crime where it belonged. Now he is out of a job. We've all lost our minds here. This is the same AG who thinks teens are off limits too!!
