It is not often I praise our NJ government when they make new laws but here is an exception. A new law requires insurance companies to make a decision to approve or disapprove a medical procedure in 72hrs. and for serious matters 24hrs. In addition, the person reviewing it must be an expert in that field which means it has to be a doctor. Great new law.
