I’m a second homeowner in Tranquility. Have not owned the home very long. Nice neighborhood and nice neighbors. After hearing that one house was to be built at Route 9 and Tranquility about a year ago, now I am hearing that they want a variance to store boats there. Nothing against boats or boaters either but this is a residential area.
