Great Review & Opinion piece on off cycle voting. I am not a full time resident but I am glad someone is willing to call out these perpetrators. No matter what political party is doing this they should be held accountable to their constituents. This is what journalism is... calling out the bad politicians and supporting the politicians who are trying to make a difference and doing their jobs. Thanks to the Herald the truth was revealed about the many politicians who misled the public.
