The DRBA has a history of excessive spending! They spent MILLIONS on a top heavy ferry, then SANK it! Why would anybody want to partner with these people?
Moderator's Note: They do spend a million dollars a year to run the airport. That bill will now fall to Cape May County taxpayers.
