Back in the 70'S I bought a Bowman house in the Villas. Total electric living and cheap power it was advertised as. Prety soon the electric bill was more than the mortgage. Installed a wood stove, turned down the temp. on the hot water heater, hung clothes on the line, cooked a lot on the outside grill, then a ventless propane gas heater on the wall, and finally we moved because of the high electric bills. No thank you to the new green deal.
