Clermont - What is going on with Middle Twp. Police Dept. loosing another officer. Now 4 officers retiring. It must be true certain high level people are the problem. Still hear younger officers looking to leave. Most qualify for food stamps being stuck in low salaries for so long. Takes 10 years to get to level being able to afford a trailer. Other departments start at their 10 year salary.
