Clermont - There is a finite amount of undeveloped land left in Cape May County. Every year residential and commercial development consumes more land. Fields, farmland, and woods are disappearing everywhere. There will be no land left to develop soon unless the county and townships finally start seeing development as bad. It would be better to ban development on undeveloped land now and save what land is left rather than let all remaining undeveloped land be developed just to keep builders and those that benefit from relentless development employed a little longer.
Moderator's Note:
Are you or the county willing to buy all the undeveloped land from these private owners?
