There are two large ATV motocross tracks built in Dennis Townshi

Clermont - There are two large ATV motocross tracks built in Dennis Township, one in South Dennis and one in Ocean View. The Dennis Township Zoning Ordinance specifically does not list an ATV track as a permitted land use regarding business/commercial property. Allegedly, these tracks were then misrepresented as "land contouring operations" on engineering plans to circumvent municipal and state land use law. I wonder if this isn't criminal fraud that needs to be investigated by the NJ Attorney General? Until this abuse is stopped, where will the third track next be built?
