Clermont - To the Spouter laughing at people who wear a mask while driving: maybe the person is borrowing someone else's car, maybe the person is driving someone else's child who is tucked safely in the backseat and just can't be seen through the window, maybe the person is driving from one store/errand directly to another and doesn't feel like taking their mask off for the short drive. I could go on. Whatever the reason, they are protecting themselves and others by wearing a mask. So, laugh all you want.
