Clermont - Kudos to Wildwood for moving forward with three new ordinances designed to promote quality of life and peace and quiet in neighborhoods. Mercantile licenses can be suspended from landlords regarding rowdy-house rental properties in the summer and year-round. The Mayor advises that "rowdyism has to come to an end" and that such properties "put a blight on this community." Protecting quality of life and promoting a positive image are common trends in municipal governments everywhere. When is DT going to tame the "wild west" and "anything goes" culture of noisy, abusive property owners here.
