Clermont - Dennis needs to save that 30 acre wooded property from becoming a shoobie resort. Dry woods bordering the marshes have incredible value to wildlife, especially birds as they migrate down the peninsula. That 30 acre property is important habitat to all kinds of wildlife. State should supersede municipalities when it comes to land use decisions because the municipalities are more interested in getting the construction industry friends jobs at the expense of us and the environment.
