There should be a 10 year freeze on residential and commercial development in CMC. No more undeveloped land should be cleared for development. A 10 year freeze will give the State, County, and conservation organizations time to identify land that needs to be preserved and to get the funds needed to preserve all of that land. Overdevelopment is rapidly ruining Cape May County.
