I have been looking into investing in 2 vacant stores in UpperTownship but before I sign the papers I did some investigating into Upper Township and what I found caused me to look into another Township.No police protection other than state Police and in a month never saw one in Township other than at construction.Why doesnt Upper Township have a local Police Force? There clearly is high drug use and drug vendors based on what I found.Drug dealers know the Township is free of law enforcement.I am now looking into opportunities in Middle Twp where there is law enforcement.
