Champs here…Y’know, I was thinking, there’s 2 much Negativity in this world; so why not just talk about my favorite customers this week? Who knows, maybe I’ll get my own column? Anyway, I met a guy named Chuck. He’s a Charles, I am a Charles but Champ. Then all of the sudden, everyone coming into the bar were all Charles or Chase or Chet?!? Anyway, they were absolutely delightful to serve. They are a family of 3 yet they all are in the Service Industry so they understand. Day 2 they brought their daughter in and she was quite simply enlightening. Thank you for your respect a
