Cape Tech has MAJOR financial problems it's coming!! They are 2 Million over budget on the 30 million dollar addition!! The Project will NOT be completed by the start of school!! Poor decisions by the administration will cost taxpayers big!! The business administrator should be fired for poor decisions!!
