Cape May - Yet again the same lifeguard from Cape May is suing the city. Why doesn’t the city look at his track record too? Yes he might have been a rower but now is severely out of shape and should not be in a position of power. A person in power should show what lifeguarding is, being fit and caring for the people on the beach.
