Cape May - Why do folks come down to Douglass Park by the Cape May Canal and sit in their vehicles running their engines awhile, ignoring the NJ No idling law. Folks right in front of them using picnic tables shelters or walking by get to listen to their noise pollution. Thank goodness most wind blows from the canal or their air pollution would be shared with others trying to enjoy a picnic or time outdoors with family and friends. Turn your vehicles off, save some gas, step outside and enjoy some clean refreshing breezes, perhaps a walk along the jetty and watch the boats, birds and folks. Join us!
