Cape May - Why did Cape May City Elementary School stop having anti-bullying seminars? There are too many bullying issues and not enough parent attendance. Maybe it is time to stop grading yourselves. The State of NJ needs to come in and check your records and accountability. Every parent needs to be informed of what is going on in their children's school.
