Cape May - Why did Cape May change to a digital app for paying for parking meters? I still got a ticket. I asked the meter maid why I was getting a ticket. She said I didn't pay. I showed my app that showed that I did and she said, "You must go to court." Why must I go to court because she can't do her job?
