Cape May - Why can't the police catch the Cape May deviant? Recently, he attacked two horse carriage drivers on their way home from work. He actually tried to get into one of the carriages! Now, I hear he has been around all summer, hanging out near Lafayette St. school and park. Please plaster his composite picture all over your front page, not on page 30. Every business owner should have the wanted picture in the front window, not hiding it because we don't want to scare our visitors.
