Cape May - A whole new amendment on the way out the door for Biden? That was amazingly helpful sir. What we really need is an amendment changing congressional representation. The number of representatives allotted to a state should be based on citizen population,not total population. Illegal/non residents are diluting citizen's power. You would see cities/states change their tune about sanctuary status if non-citizens were not counted towards congressional districts.
