Cape May - Who is responsible for maintaining the Fisherman's Memorial Monument on the harbor? It has been overgrown and poorly maintained for months now. It is a disgrace that a monument intended to honor the fishermen who lost their lives and their families can be allowed to fall into such poor condition.
