While waiting for the light to change in front of George's Place

Cape May - While waiting for the light to change in front of George's Place Aug. 22, I noticed a Cape May policeman writing a ticket for a meter violation. In the meantime, while he was writing the ticket and talking to another officer, there were four bicyclists that went right through the red light with nothing done. Then, they went up Decatur Street, which is a one-way street, the wrong way. When will this town crackdown on bicyclists? I wonder if there's a list of how many tickets a year are given for illegal bicycle riding. My bet is zero.
