Cape May - While leaving my home in Cape May, I drive Pittsburgh Ave. where the posted speed limit is 25mph. In my rear-view mirror, I noticed a high-end SUV pulling out from the east side of Pittsburgh Ave. This vehicle rapidly approached my car and fully expected me to "speed up". Sorry, not happening in "my" town. She stayed on my bumper right up to the base of the big bridge, where she blew by me as we traveled over the bridge. Guess what! I caught up to her at the red light on the other side of the bridge. Some people just don't get it.
