When will the police or proper officials patrol the bikers comin

Cape May - When will the police or proper officials patrol the bikers coming over the bridge into Cape May? The sign clearly says to walk bikes over the bridge, yet they ride and now are riding in the same lanes as the traffic. There is a nice, new sidewalk. If they fall off of their bike into traffic, they will not have a chance. This is an important issue and it should be addressed before someone is hurt or killed.
