Cape May - When Stacey Sheehan referred to "white collar" workers at the City Council Meeting, I hope she wasn't meaning the White Collar UNION Workers, because they in no way got a 4 percent raise. It was 2 percent. Upper management, however, were the 4 per centers. Guess they are much more deserving.
